Our Beginning
The Obsession That Became a Place
CoffeeZone was born in 2021 from a simple, stubborn conviction: that Dhaka deserved access to world-class specialty coffee — not a watered-down version of it, but the real thing, sourced with care and brewed with precision.
Our founders spent years travelling to coffee origins in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Indonesia, learning from farmers, roasters, and baristas who poured their lives into the craft. They came back to Bashundhara with a clear mission: build a place that treats coffee with the same reverence a fine restaurant would treat food.
Today, CoffeeZone is more than a café. It’s a destination — a calm, considered space where every detail, from the ambient lighting to the grind size, is intentional.
